The changes to the animation feature are very nice, I will have to work in it a little more yet but what I have seen is much better.

One more thing that could help is to have a "thumbnail" preview of a folder, often I have file names that are very similar and having a quick way to sort through them visually would save a lot of time, especially when doing animations.

As a guess javE would have to open each file and though I do not know how you do this in the animation editor but could this not also be used in a folder preview?

Thanks again for the attention to the animation editor, I don't know how many others make use of the feature but I use it quite a bit, often as an archive of the making of a file.

The "thumbnail preview of a folder" already exists: Menu "File" -> "Browse...". Also available in the toolbar - third button from the left. --Markus
